Favorite Skyline Catering dish: For the Bucyrus Club, barrel-cut Angus filet mignon with our Cabernet garlic glaze. For Skyline Catering, our Italian sub sandwich or our homemade mac ‘n cheese.
Favorite way to spend a day off: Doing anything with my family or preparing fun meals, preferably those two items combined.
What is your dream vacation destination? Any beach town during the harsh winter months.
What was your first job? Bussing tables and cooking tableside at Milwaukee’s premier gourmet restaurant (Harold’s) in the late ’70s.
What is your go-to coffee order? Never had a cup of coffee, so I will say hot chocolate.
What is a song you will never skip when it comes on? Led Zeppelin’s “Kashmir”
What is one thing on your bucket list? Making time to actually write loved ones handwritten cards or notes vs. always texting and emailing I still think everyone looks forward to a fun piece of mail!
Fun fact about me; My best friend growing up in Southern California, Steve, was the character voice of Linus in all of the Snoopy and Charlie Brown cartoons and specials. We still keep in touch to this day even though a lot of miles and busy lives make it difficult.
